Overview
As a Product Designer at Stackstream, I was entrusted with the responsibility of enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of the platform. Stackstream, a streaming platform tailored for developers, facilitates collaborative coding and streaming experiences globally. My task encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of the website, along with a reimagining of the product's workflow and dashboard.

Main Goal
The primary objective was to optimize the user experience on the Stackstream platform. This entailed making it more intuitive, visually appealing, and efficient for developers engaged in collaborative coding and streaming activities. The goal was to create an environment that fostered seamless interaction and engagement among users.
Process
User Research and Analysis:
- Conducted extensive user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of developers using Stackstream.
- Analyzed existing platform usage data and gathered feedback from users to inform redesign decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Developed wireframes to define the basic structure and layout of the website, workflow, and dashboard.
- Created interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions and test the flow of the redesigned features.
Visual Redesign:
- Revamped the visual elements, including color schemes, typography, and graphics, to create a cohesive and visually appealing design language.
- Applied the new visual identity consistently across the website and product interfaces.
Workflow and Dashboard Redesign:
- Reworked the product’s workflow to streamline processes and improve user navigation, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient experience.
- Redesigned the dashboard to provide users with clearer insights and controls, enhancing their ability to manage their streaming activities.
